maggie troops died on the 20th may 2008 she was rushed into doncaster hospital on the 12th may with a suspected stroke, it turned out that she had 2 severe bleeds on the brain, better known as a brain heamorage.
She was rushed to sheffield hallamshire hospital, were she had 6 hours of brain surgery.Maggie had a further brain scan on 16th may which had shown a significant amount of her brain severely damaged, the doctors on the neurology ward monitored maggie over the next couple of days, the doctors then came to a decision on monday 19th may, they switched maggie's machines off,as there were no improvement with her condition. The doctors informed myself (maggie's daughter) my dad and brother that the only way of my mum surviving was with the help of a life support machine for the rest of her life.

For i had no better teacher Than you... My dear Mother, Even though you've left this earth And had to take your flight, I know that you are here with me, Each morning, noon and night.
